2012 Utah Autorama Pictures & Coverage
The hall was packed, everything was shinning, and the only thing missing was the roar of engines. The 2012 car show schedule kicked off great with the 2012 Utah Autorama at the South Towne Expo Centre. If you weren’t there, you missed what Utah has to offer. The Autorama had many cars that probably won’t see again at any car show this year. Curious to know what you missed? Besides what the photos below can tell you, here are just a few of the specials that were on display:
- 2 Ford GT’s
- Ariel Atom
- 600bhp Eagle Talon
- BASF Gull wing
- 1967 One of a Kind Mustang
- Apollo Anton Ohno’s Cadillac
- 1841 Wheel Chair (That’s right, I just listed a bicycle)
Unlike most car shows in Utah, the Autorama wasn’t just full of American classics; Honda’s, Mitsubishi’s, and vintage VW’s were among the few to be seen. Most of the cars on display were thanks to the clubs found throughout Utah. Each club brought their best to display from the owners that have put in countless hours to get them looking show ready.
