10th Annual Autism Car Show – April 28
@ Town Square Park, Plain City, 12p – 3p
Sponsored by BLH Detailing
For the 10th year, the Northern Utah Autism Program will be holding their car show at Town Square Park in Plain City. It’s a day full of activities and love. The park is a terrific location for this show because it provides lots of open space for families and entertainment from vendors and the playground. There will be music, raffle prizes and food vendors.
We love this show because 100% of all donations goes towards the school. The funds allow better accessibility to materials and learning resources for the kids, parents and teachers. Your money has an immediate impact on this school. Each year that show gets better and better. Expect 150-200 participants with cars and bikes from every era. The show is for children, and that’s why this is a must-attend show this year.
This show is followed up by a Motorcycle ride on May 5 that includes a police escort, raffles, poker & food. Links to both events are found below.

Rat Fink Reunion – May 31 – June 2
@Manti City Park
Ed Roth is a legend in the classic car community. He had an immense love for art and car building. This is a car show and art festival all rolled into. Aside from the car show, vendors and artists come from all over the world (literally) selling custom artwork. You could also get something customized onsite which only expands your weekend experience.
The car show also attracts participants from all over the US. You truly never know what is going to show up. It’s one of a few shows that feels like a family reunion because of the impact Ed Roth and his artwork has had on the community. Pair that with the scenery of Manti, UT and this is a must attend show at least once in your lifetime. Why not make it this year?

British Field Day – June 16
@ Liberty Park, SLC, 9a – 2p
This is the British invasion worth planning for, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. A section of Liberty Park turns English on June 16 this year. Expect to see just about anything. In fact, don’t go in with any expectations, just enjoy it. Besides being a British only show, they also have a road course set up in the middle of it all for any participant to run. Yes, it gets loud. Yes, it’s challenging. And it’s pretty cool to observe all day long.
Anybody with a British car or bike is welcome to participate. The Salt Lake Arts Academy has volunteered to assist with the event. Show them your support by participating with a British car or bike. Liberty Park is also an excellent location with a large children’s play area, the Tracy Aviary, and walking trails.

It’s one of the best mixes we’ve seen. Last year had nearly 30 Corvettes parked along the grass.
The golf course provides a great view of the SL valley, with the majestic mountains behind you. It’s one of the better atmosphere’s because it feels very classy, respectful, and clean. American Fork Steel Days – July 14
@ Rotary Park, American Fork, 12p-7p
It’s hot in the summer, which can make car shows difficult to be at all day. The American Fork Steel Days show has you covered though, literally. It’s held at a large park covered in trees. Shade for days. It’s easily one of the largest weekend car shows in Utah county. Hundreds of cars show up early for this show, ranging from classic to modern vehicles. Everybody is welcome.
The Steel Days car show has a healthy amount of awards and jackets handed out, including one from the mayor himself. What really puts this show over the top is the cruise afterwards. All show participants are invited to cruise AF Main St several times in the evening to wrap up the event. Spectators line the streets in their chairs to continue on with this city days tradition. The park does have a playground, vendors and food trucks, making this a must attend for the whole family.

His family and our community lost a great man.

Willie Unity Car Show – October TBD
We love what the Unity Car Group stands for. How they portray themselves and interact with the community is very much in line with what Utah Car Czar’s purpose is. It’s about uniting all car owner’s. it doesn’t matter what year or country your car, truck, bike or other ride is from, it’s welcomed.
This is why we’re pleased to mention the Willie Unity Car Show again in 2018 as a must-attend event. They care about bringing everybody together for a wonderful time.
