4:00 PM – Adrian and his family arrive on-site
4:00 – 4:15 RB associates and guests** make their way to North Dock (everyone in place by 4:30)
4:15 – 4:45 – Meet and greet with leadership team followed by introduction to the RB/Make-a-Wish Partnership
4:45 – 5:00 – Adrian and his family will be escorted via special cars to the north dock
5:00 – Adrian and family arrive at the “Winners Circle Loop” where they will be greeted by RB associates
5:30 – Introduction to Adrian to the site along with the proclamation read granting the wish
5:45 – 7:30 Car show
